Recently, I had a few inquiries about when to buy and sell in this period of higher price volatility. But shouldn't our strategies when dealing with volatility be planned beforehand?

I don't think we can figure out the market especially during an intraday session. And if we only start planning for a backup plan when the market crashes, it will be too late when we take an action for it then.

Exactly what you said! There's no way to really time to market so it's best to just buy around your valuation. In the short-term, share prices will definitely flatuate from time to time. As long as the fundamentals etc. are still solid, it's best to just hold. Always plan beforehand on when you'll decide to trim/buy/sell. As they say, fail to plan, plan to fail.
