Reasonable monthly utility fee

I live in a 4-rm HDB - 2 adults 2 kids plus 1 helper. 1 A/C every night and 2 other occationally (ave. Once a week), no major electrical appliances other than fridge and washing machine. Seldom turn on the TV too. wfh twice a week with laptop and monitor. We cook lunch and dinner almost everyday.

My monthly electricity bill is over $250 and water and gas is $200+ as well. Electricity is subscribed under Geneco at $0.2757/kwh. My friend just shared with me that her monthly bill is only $200+ with the similar size of the family and she lives in a condo. I'm wondering whether there's something wrong with my meter? 😅 Would like to know whether my bill is at reasonable range with the above consumption?

Your electricity bill seems to be quite high though. Your monthly bill is $450?

I am quite pleased with Stashaway's mobile app and returns in the last 6 months (about 9% capital growth). However - their annual fee of 0.8% + 0.1% FOREX fees is high. Are there advisors who are cheaper in the long run if I were to do monthly SIP?

How does annual fee work? lets assume 1% annual management fee of the equity that i buy and 0.5% platform fee. If I DCA 1000 dollars for 12 months vs lump sum 12k on January. is the fee same assuming no sales charge?
