Reaching 30 this year! Any advice from those who are already in their 30s on how to set myself up financially for this new beginning?

Emergency fund is a must
Start a family have kid soon. You dont wan your kid 15 years old when you are 65, retiring.
Insurance to protect your family
Avoid lifestyle inflation
Build multiple sources of income, passive/active.
Invest 80 - 90% of your income.
Stay low profile among friends
