I've an OCBC 360 account, wanted to use PayNow to transfer $3K to a company but it doesn't allow (I already lifted the transaction limits). Then I tried Local bank transfer, and it's the same. There's some message saying the customer service will call me or something and that the transaction is stopped because it's risky. The app says I can transfer more if I use OneToken, which I'll try to setup tonight.
Also, whenever I add a new Payee, or want to lift transaction limits, have to wait 12 hours. Trust and POSB/DBS don't have this.
I think OCBC is doing all these to combat scam, but this is like burning the whole house down just because of a few cockroaches.
Jiak lat.
Talk about Smart Nation but seems we're actually slowly going backwards.

I agree about the transfer thing. I usually pay my credit card bills using OCBC and it works in SG. but when I'm overseas for a few months, it insists it cannot be done and asks me to call customer service. Thank goodness I have other accounts.
