More inclined to hire 2 or 3. Everyone should be given a chance to learn if they are willing to put in the effort and has a good attitude. We have to remember we were once inexperienced and will not be here today if that someone/company didn't give you a chance to take you in back then

I would rather use software to get things done for my task that will replace people to hire. Then i will hire people and teach them after i learn the software. Usually i do this to grow my business. Hiring university graduates is just paying them more and they are getting experience. I did badly in school but who cares, i don't want to work till death to get just money. I want to have a good journey in life, to explore the world, eat the best food and meet awesome people. Depends on which school you go to, some people are just too smart but not helpful and never benefit others. So depends what impact you want to to create for yourself.
