Hey Maw Shin, yes indeed. Cost is definitely on many people's minds. The more common EOL Planning would probably include the following:

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): To complete the LPA, there are usually 2 kinds of fees to watch out for. 1) Certificate Issuer fee, which would vary depending on Service Providers. You could approach a practicing Lawyer, Psychiatrist or accredited Doctor. Naturally, going to a lawyer would potentially be more expensive. 2) Application Fee of $75 to Office of Public Guardian, but currently WAIVED until 31 March 2023.

Advance Care Plan (ACP): Some service providers subsidize or provide it free for seniors.
