I currently own a PruFlexiCash plan. I noticed that I have missed my GIRO deductions sometimes by accident due to insufficient bank balance, but I managed to pay what was owed during the following deduction. Do I incur any interest or penalty whenever there is a failed deduction?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear of the failed deductions. Yes, there will be a charged incurred, however it will be from the bank side, not from Prudential.
Failed GIRO transactions incurs a fee of $10. Do check against your bank balance account, and if its not too far away, you can request for a waiver of charge from the bank side if its not a repeated event.
Hope i was able to address your queries!
