Propnex Monopoly Championship 2022 (May - Aug)

Propnex is hosting a monopoly championship event opened for public to win attractive cash prizes. Apart from sharing this event to the Seedly community, i am starting this discussion to share more information and address any queries anyone may have regarding how to play, whats the difference between the normal monopoly etc.

I have experience playing the game in tournament rules and setting. Tournament rules are more fast paced as each session is limited to 1.5 hours. Rules are modified to increase the game pace as usual monopoly last for hours.

Hi Jay,

According to Propnex Monopoly's rules, the title deed cards will be distribute out to all players in the beginning of the game and each player will pre-build 3 houses evenly on their property plots. Also, stated in the rules, when you land on your vacant plot, you can start building houses.

My question is, we can start building houses even without a complete set of similar colored-group title deed cards? If so, then there isn't any incentive to trade for a complete set right?

I have not played Propnex Monopoly before, only have experience playing the normal monopoly which requires a complete set to start building any houses. So is this one of the differences between Propnex version and the normal version?
