PROPNEX LIMITED (SGX:OYY) share price and outlook for 2021?

I guess it depends on what you think they will do with the money. Personally, I dont know what's the plan for propnex besides stabilising the company as a whole. Real estate prices will hit a saturation in my opinion. The bulk of the sales will come from the resale market, given that singaporeans will need to buy houses. foreign investment will slowly pick up but i dont think that is going to be especially visible, at least not in 2021. but there may be speculators who may share the same view as waht you wrote in your first line, so there may be some short term growths there.
