Yes, hold till die πŸ˜†. Most people buy REIT is for passive income.

Similar to buying a house and rent out. Those who are dividend invester normally dont sell, cause once sold, we will be loss of income.

the market volatility of Reit doesnt concern us, as long we get the cashflow.

unless the reit is a long term down trend, then we have to sell it.
