What you know (IQ) is not as important as who you know (EQ) and who knows you.

One big thing I learned is that adaptability is key—things don’t always go as planned, whether in corporate or other fields. Workplace culture can be fast-paced, and expectations are high, but communication and initiative go a long way. Also, technical skills matter, but soft skills like problem-solving and networking can open unexpected doors.
Most importantly, upskilling never stops. Whether it's learning new software, picking up a side hustle, or just improving how you work with people, staying relevant makes all the difference. Hope you find a great internship!
