Post-Grad Study Loans (Masters Prog)

Hi all, need some help here.

A friend of mine is considering taking Masters program (both local and overseas throughout the course)

​

Any suitable bank study loans to recommend ?

​

Been searching around a fair bit and the following ones look good:

1. MayBank
2. POSB
3. OCBC Frank

Requirements:

1. Flexibility to repay the loans without much penalty
2. Up to 5 years repayment (for finances planning)
