[Poll] Interview Question: "Tell me about your hobbies" - Yay or nay?

Some feel that having hobbies outside of work can be a good sign that people are able to manage their stress levels better and are less likely to put themselves in a position of burn-out.

While others think that, when candidates are asked questions that are unrelated to the position, unconscious bias becomes a factor and hiring teams start making hiring decisions based on bias and not based on qualifications.

Do you think this question should be asked at all in interviews?
