I see people working 18-hour days, working on weekends, and then boast about #hustle on Instagram. Hustle harder, side hustles. These terms are so common nowadays. The hustle culture seem to portray a high-energy-motivational movement that comes with expected rewards. But it could be promoting burnout culture or toxic productivity. Anti - hustle. More of a work smart than work hard person, set a to do list, usually get things done within 2-3 hours then I'll spend my time doing other things that I actually like spending time on!
im more of a 18 hour work week kinda person than 18 hour work day.

Ultimately, quality over quantity. Health over hustle too. Garyvee said that you don't necessarily have to sleep less to hustle. Spend your waking moments well and sleep like a baby.
There may be a need for sacrifices but they should never be your well-being. Sacrifices are probably hustle over parties, books over games or podcasts over music. Not hustle over meal or sleep.
