A hybrid for me. f2f is still important for collaboration but wfh can give employees greater empowerment.

I think everyone will have their own preferences, based on stage of life, home environment etc. i personally go for WFH.

Definitely hybrid model for me.

WFH is more productive when I want to focus on doing reports without interruption.

Working in office is good for meetings and collaborations. Good to catch up with colleagues and knowing what's happening around your workplace too.

Hybrid / flexible arrangement is best. Should be able to work from home and work in the office.

My company requires us to go back to office every alternative weeks in Teams A and B now. Can they force us to go back if we prefer to WFH, eventhough it's my turn to return to office this week?

With Phase 3 round the corner (maybe?), will ya'll wanna continue WFH? I feel awkward if I have to head back, not sure how to socialise with colleagues or conduct myself in an office setting...?

My company's still WFH until June, we might return to office in July. Have you been asked to return to the office? Or are you still WFH? How likely do you think this WFH can continue?

I think the idea of WFH is indefinitely more suitable to western countries and not in SG. Are you still WFH from June 2 onwards or will you be returning to the office? How are you feeling about it?

My colleagues and I have been snacking a lot while WFH lol. Wondering if anyone has healthy WFH snack gifts recommendations? Think it’ll be a nice team present for everyone!?
