Hi Anon,

As a digital insurance platform, PolicyPal works with a wide range of insurers to provide on-demand insurance digital products to our users. With our insurers' partners, we have digitalised and automated the end to the end insurance process, making it more efficient and transparent for our users. For example, in 2018, PolicyPal worked with Ergo to introduce a flight delay insurance with automated claims payout. Through the use of our technology, we automated the entire claim process for travel insurance, increasing the convenience for users.

We also provide financial portfolio reviews for our users and work with the various insurers to provide them with the necessary life coverage.
