PM Lee predicts that a recession may happen as early as 2023...

Thanks for posting. If I, will think before recession what shld I do before recession happen or after recession happen. Hv more war chest so when recession an opp to buy great shares.

Before recession, save more $, hv emergency funds, increase the wealth, health is wealth. Before n after recession life still gg on.

Difficult to predict when recession God knows but at least we can be flexible of what plan to incur if before n after recession happen. That's life. 👍

I think the question we should be asking is: What will PM Lee, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong and the PAP government do to help Singaporeans tide through the recession (if it happens)?

Keyword is predict.

If it does not happen, life still need to go on. So regardless recession or not, always be prepared to have backup plan in case you lose your job.

Live within your means but enjoy life. No point always looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. You do not want to slog 40 years to retire and enjoy only 10 years of your life.

Money will stay with the person who is more patient. Obviously, not too slow either.
