Iām thinking of replacing my iPhone 8 within the coming month. Iām deciding between iPhone 12 Pro and Samsungās S21, but leaning towards the iPhone at the moment.
Personally I feel that while the iPhone 13 line is good (esp the smaller notch š¤©) I likely wonāt make use of the OP camera and adaptive refresh rate thatāll warrant the price difference between the 12 and 13. Itās also habitual for me to bring powerbank around so the battery life isnāt too game changing for me. So between the 12 and 13, Iād def go for the 12.
As for Samsung Z, I donāt like the idea of smartphones w flip screens ah. But really thatās just personal preference.
If it comes down to Apple vs Samsung though. Thatās a harder question. Appleās expensive, much more so than Samsung (esp if you are very invested in their ecosystem). And Samsung devices look much better than the iPhone. But the iPhone doesnāt compromise on security and privacy. The Samsung is more prone to malware, and the OS isnāt updated as often.
At the end of the day, regardless of what people say, a lot of it is personal preference ah. Highkey any phone you can get on the market right now would be an amazing upgrade from your iPhone 6 HAHA

Hey Anon, I been in your situation last year deciding between 12 or 11. I would suggest if you love to stay in the Apple ecosystem, go for an iPhone 12. It's cheaper and have similar specs to iPhone 13. You won't feel the difference if you don't game on your mobile phone.

I went from Samsung notes (1 and 2 if I'm not wrong) and switched to iPhone 6s plus. Batteries last longer, nw I can't return to Samsung XD.
Am on iPhone XR nw.. If you're not really looking at the latest phone, can always get the "oldest" current versions available!
