Hi, if the company already provided a personal accident policy for insurance, is it necessary to keep the existing personal accident policy?
Will it be more expensive if I do decide to purchase it again at a later date?

I think the main thing to look at is not which coverage is better. The main thing to look at is are you staying in the same company forever. Because for example, while you are in company A and you did a claim, 2 years later you left company A, if you do not have your personal insurance, the injury you had 2 years ago will become a pre existing condition and no insurance company will cover that if any issues arises from that condition. So it's best if you have your own insurance coverage.
