PC computer for trading platform

Min desktop/monitor specs for trading platform like IBKR desktop app, tradingview...etc.

Does a standard PC off the shelf nowdays is good enough or need to custom build one and roughly how much on tight budget?

My current laptop is more than 10 years and I am running IBKR, TDA and other programs concurrently without any problem. There is no need to have high specs PC unless you are playing graphic intensive games.
