I'm selling my current flat and about to get my new BTO flat with the intention of selling it in 5-10 years time.
In order to be cash rich after selling the new BTO (5-10 years time), should I pay everything in cash?
In my current HDB, I paid everything through CPF. Will the lump sum money I got from selling my current flat go straight into paying my new HDB?
