In the pandemic, tech comapnies such are zoom and slack are thriving because they do not have a physical pressence. These data centers can help the mentioned companies expand globally by insatlling servers in these data centers.

Mapletree Logistics Trust rose from 1.24 sgd to 2.08 on the date of this post. During this pandemic, many people are choosing to shop online. These products need to go through a logistics hub, which is own by MLT, to get to consumers.​​​
