OCBC Scrip Dividends at $7.81 (10% discount from $8.67 which is the average of the volume weighted average prices of the shares). Would you buy? Why or why not?

Yes.
1) For long term. (Part of SRS investment)
2) Already priced in future drop in profit.
3) Will be dilutive if not subscribed to 10% discount compared to other party buying in.
