OBCB BCIP

Tried to stop my ocbc bcip monthly investment as I have better plans for the amount. Canceled the plan a month back but it still continue to deduct from my account.

Anyone experienced similar problems?

Usually the bank will send you a letter to confirm the termination of the plan. Any stoppage of the planned investment is within the month.

You could try to terminate the plan again through online banking.
