NTUC Union Member + TrustBank app questions
Hi all, are there anyone who is a NTUC Union Member? The one where you pay $9 a month and then $18 during December every year?
1) After applying, do they send you that silver NTUC card? This one: https://rewards.link.sg/wp-content/uploads/2022...
2) Do you need to do anything to inform NTUC to link the Union membership to your Trustbank app so that you can get 0.5% more savings interest in TrustBank?
3) Can you pay for Kopitiam food court meals using the Trust app alone or do you need to download and use the additional FairPrice app to let the staff scan the QR code?

1) Yes
2) It was automatic
3) You can download the Fairprice App, add the Trust card as payment card in the FairPrice App and then use FairPrice App for Payment.
For payment, Tell the staff you are paying via FairPrice App.
Open the QR code (Top Right corner) in FairPrice App and the staff will ask you to do a self scan with their scanner terminal at the casher.

I applied NTUC Union membership after gotten my Trust bank saving account. I have a very bad experiance... I thought the union membership will automatically link to my Trust bank savaing account which give me additional 0.5% interrest rate. However, this was not the case. I need to use the chat in Trust application to inform the bank and request to link it. So, don't expect this is automatically done. To me, I feel that NTUC didn't provide good service on this.
