Due to a downpes, I was removed from my previous ICT unit and inside NSPortal it wrote my unit as National Service Affairs Department. Will I still be assigned to another unit or called back? Previously I attended 1 ICT, deferred 2 and ORD around 10 years ago. not sure if anyone encounter this issue?

Lucky u. u already got your new unit. As for if they will call you back, depend on what you do. If you do clerk work, high chance is no.

If you want your milestone payments, I would recommend you to call up NS hotline to reinstate you. If you're fine with forgoing these monies then I think you can just leave it as it is.
