A simple answer will be yes, you should invest into good tech stocks/ETFs while they are priced down, especially if your investment window is decades into the future. But you need to brace yourself for further crash.

Please do your due diligence to study the key ratios, and prospects of the companies. The recession will definitely wipe off many of the 'emerging' techs (think of block chain, AI, etc.) and even the stable tech companies will drop in value.

I think most tech stocks will die off. Only select few quality ones will survive n maybe thrive later. See whether you dare to try to pick them. Otherwise, just buy ETF.
