Now that tech stocks are down, is it a good time to buy ?

Theres never a right answer to this. If you decide to buy, do understand that it might take some time to have a potential gain given out how the economical outlook is going to play out in the next year.

A simple answer will be yes, you should invest into good tech stocks/ETFs while they are priced down, especially if your investment window is decades into the future. But you need to brace yourself for further crash.

Please do your due diligence to study the key ratios, and prospects of the companies. The recession will definitely wipe off many of the 'emerging' techs (think of block chain, AI, etc.) and even the stable tech companies will drop in value.
