Non-US Person paying estate taxes on US shares in his/her local broker or international broker?

Hey June, thanks for doing this. I was wondering in your experience or in your peer's experience, did you guys and gals engage in a few cases where local Singaporean heirs need to pay estate taxes on their overseas assets, especially stocks and shares domiciled overseas (like the US).

Would love that you can give us a general feel!
