So far i dont think every supplier CSO can perform any queries to 100%. To be fair not all end user can also relate understanding questions to the CSO. It take both frequency to work for a precised answer. Some people even complain to me some other supplier got no online chat at all and glad that Senoko have. I not siding to any supplier but as a consumer, i will see which supplier plans and promo serve the most need to most people. I just belong to one of them. I cannot say there is perfect plan for everyone.

I hope u have resolve your issue but about the CSO issue or other issues, all cannot change the fact that senoko does has a better offer in overall price and promo against other. Depend if one look at long term. Let's not look at special issue, just base on normal signing contract (porting from other supplier) use a calculator and work on it. Math dont lie and i bet most of us wont make enemy with money. Hope all these help.

Not true at all. CSO gave false promises that I can move and continue contract without penalty. Now, they insist I sign a new contract witb them or pay penalty for breaking contract.
