No Internship experience to get the job.

Something that I believe in is that recruiters nowadays do not only look at your internship experience, They also look at your resume to see if you portray the quality and values that the company strongly believes in e.g. integrity, willingness to learn, honesty, adaptability, etc. These can be shown without the need for any prestigious internships.

Thus, even though you might not have those prestigious internships to stand out from the rest, it does not mean that you cannot get into an industry or profession that you have no prior experience in.

Moreover, if you are really interested in something, nothing is stopping you from learning more about it online in your free time. Showing that you have the basic knowledge in the field you are interested in is also something.

It is how you write your resume such that the recruiter will be interested to call you back to know more about you.

My resume when i am fresh grad, i just highlight my internship & FYP. Any other achievement relate to academic... the rest no need include. I also did lot of part time job, but just put 1 or 2 and few sentence to indicate u have part time, normally they dont care.

They call u for interview, they know u have no experience, they just only want to know if u r employ, how u going to do your job? Whoever give the best answer get the job.

Sometime interviewer are mean, if u dont get selected is a blessing, coz u will have to face them everyday in work and suffer.
