Repayment period 10 years
Interest (repayment to be fulfiled across 10 years, x being monthly interest) $120x (assumed not compounded)
Total repayment $200,000 + $120x
If the flat is sold in 5th year where repayment made to date is $100,000 + $60x and my sales proceeds from selling the flat is $450,000 how would the figures below be:
