I believe you are referring to Elite KF status? If so, the only way is probably to fly on revenue tickets.

No amount of credit card spending or signup bonuses is gonna help.

You will have to fly to get upgraded to the next tier, no amount of KF miles injection will affect the KF member status other than actually flying with SQ / Scoot

I see two alternatives here. There is Grab x Krisflyer promotion now where you can transfer your Grab points to Krisflyer miles. Another method simply is by flying to clock miles, but you saiad you have no intention to travel so that might be tough. Just to share in case you don't know, Scoot flights will now earn you Krisflyer miles.

I would have 2 simple steps to get 2k miles by Jan.

1. Grab points transfer

2. Chope dollars transfer.

However, thing to note is none of them will promote you to the next kf tier (if I understand your question right). That wil ONLY happen if you fly
