Need help w the steps to claim tax refund in an overseas country using Global Blue! Am currently in Norway, is it possible to claim a refund even if i am not leaving the country anytime soon?

Usually you have bring the items out of the country in order to claim tax refund.

No. The refund is meant to return you the tax for products not used in the country and you are leaving the country with. Depending on the item/conditipn, you may or not be able to claim the gst if you are leaving after using the item for some
