NAV value in REITs financial statement

Hi Everyone,

When I look at NAV of REITs (such as Mapletree Logistics Trust, Ascendas, etc), there are two types; one for Group and one for Trust.

As an investor, which one is more correct to take it as reference to calculate P/B ratio?

Was taught to look at group figures (ie the listed entity).

these days i take short cut and look at the number given in sgx website.
