My partner and I just started working full-time for about 2 months, planning to get a BTO 4 room now. Is it the best time to apply for BTO now?

1) Is now the best time to apply for BTO?(august bto launch)
2) roughly when will im able to get the keys? Coz i heard you'll be getting about 2 yrs later. Don't know if this is true.
3) In terms of grants, will i be able to get the most out of the grants and our monthly income is not more than 4k combine.

Yes. BTO = Build to Order. Thus haven build finish yet. It will take 2 to 3 years.
Since you and your partner only worked for 2 months, its not able to use for calculation of grants. Either you or your partner need to work continuous 12 months to be eligible for EHG. If you guys have just graduated / finish NS, you can defer the income assessment till a later date. Then they will take the income based on that point in time.
