Hey there!
Nothing wrong with getting a plan that is catered to female's illness but this should only be a resort for you if your budget is low since female illness plans are typically cheaper than a standard CI plan. There are illnesses that are rather common that isn't gender-related eg. Type-2 Diabetes etc. We never know what is the kind of CI that will strike.
If you are looking at comprehensive CI coverage, you may want to re-look at your options.
Financial planning is an integral part of life. You can reach me here to find out more.

Prulady provides more than female related critical illness cover. It provides preventive health screening once every 2 years, which if you don't intend to use, you can transfer it to your loved ones. It provides pay out for female related medical procedures (which may not be covered by the standard CI plans). What I love is that the sum assured is actually for per-benefit :) - do talk to your Financial Consutant for more details.
This plan is a to complement your standard CI at affordable premium :)
