My hubby didn't receive the cash payout until now. What should he do?

He needs to apply for the Solidarity Payment by 10 May 2020 at https://go.gov.sg/sppr with his SingPass and provide his local bank account details in order to get it by 19 May. I'm guessing he did not.

In this case, after applying, he will receive the payment via cheque, which will be issued in stages, from end-May 2020. Cheques will be mailed to NRIC-registered addresses only.

The best way to do this is to check with the relevant department on the type of payout that he is eligible for. Either give them a call at the official hotline or send them an email. I believe that they are in the best position to check and advise you on the next steps.
