My frd has to sell his resale flat as his BTO is coming. intend to to park the cpf+accured int. from the sale to invest, & a min. sum left for his HDB loan and mthly cpf contribution. Any views?

I guess he's nt very sure. Now that hdb got to know that there's cash proceed and asked him to put into the purchase of bto. If he dont borrow hdb loan he can in fact paid off the house. Anyone encounter it?
