My Dash EasyEarn has gone beyond the 1st year and interest rate for it dipped. Does anybody know if I can surrender the account/policy and re-sign up a new one to earn higher 1st year interest again?

Dash EasyEarn should be the flexible one right? IIRC, you can withdraw all the amounts and start a new one.
