My aunty age 75 wanted to sell Flex Ltd US share. Her broker already closed many years ago.

Since it's US shares, I supposed it's under a custodian account? A broker is a person (thus cannot be closed) while a brokerage is a company. Do you mean the company had closed down while the brokerage remains? If so, then you can still sell the shares using the same brokerage. If the brokerage is closed, then likely it'll have sent you letters telling you who had taken over the account or what to do.
