I’ve paid the premiums ahead for the entire year already. Now I am diagnosed with a CI and my agent is not helping. Apparently after researching did i find out there were new and updated ci claim forms on the aia website.

So sorry to hear about the bad experience you faced.
Alternatively, I highly recommend you to give a call to AIA customer service for assistance and you can also make your own claims directly via AIA as other users have mentioned.
You may then consider changing your servicing representative after you have settled with your CI claims. I hope this helps!

I’d submit the forms myself however im not sure if they will accept outdated forms, I’ve called the hotline and was told to just submit first and see how it hoes which is not very assuring.
