MINDEF/MHA Insurance - Disability Income Rider

For disability income rider for Aviva MINDEF/MHA insurance, the policy states that disability is when the insured person is unable to perform his occupation within 24 months, and thereafter any other occupation by which he is suited by training,education or experience.

Does this mean the rider will not cover me after 24 months, if I am able to take up any other job apart from my usual job that I was in before the accident?
