Milk Powder: Glucerna or Anlene Gold, Ensure as next bet.
Milk : Any fresh pasturized ones will do, personally prefer Meiji, Magnolia or Farmhouse one (more creamy taste and not as sweet as HL).

Hello,
Are you looking for recommendations? Or just curious about personal choices?
Looking at the question from a nutritionist's POV:
What is the reason for drinking milk? Taste? Nutrients?
Generally, the suggestion is to take milk or dairy as a source of calcium and also Vitamin D. From 20-40, the RDA for calcium is around 800mg/day.
An average cup of cow's milk has around 300mg per 200-250ml serving. That's 2 and 2/3 cups a day to get enough calcium. Plant-based milks also do not usually have the same amoutn of calcium (although there are a few). There are also milks which are fortified with additional calium, like what others have recommended- e.g. HL, Anlene, etc.
Adults do not need additional saturated fat (unless you're underweight). So skim milk would be the first go-to (NutriGrade A), and low-fat milk will be the 2nd choice (Nutrigrade B).
Adults generally don't need additional sugar, so flavoured milks also won't be recommended.
Always read the label before buying. :)
Hope this helps.
