Miles Card - KrisFlyer card or "Normal" miles card?

What do you all consider when choosing between the two (or more)?

KrisFlyer card offers free transfers to miles while the other miles cards usually offers better rates.

How do you choose between them?

1) Earn rates

AMEX Krisflyer = 1.1MPD

vs

Citi Rewards = 4MPD

2) Points / Miles Expiry

One that has a longer expiry will reduce orphan points and increase reduces the fixed transfer fees (as a % of your transfer)

3) Additional perks / benefits

Lounge / limo access or additional offers that either card might provide

4) Min. spend / deposit to unlock higher earn rates
