I used crypto.com to buy ETH and transfer over. Fees are high but efficient.

I recommend you try what the others have suggested, Gemini. Supports SGD top up and have 10 free withdrawal per month. Fuss free and if you use the pro (only available on desktop), fees are low @ 0.35%.

But if you wouldn’t mind using USD to buy and getting cryptos at lower spot prices, do checkout FTX. I personally use this whenever I want to buy cryptos. Fees are lower than Gemini @ 0.02%. What’s more is if you stake FTT (their platform token), or refer/get referred, you can get even lower fees. Staking FTT would also enable to you get free ETH withdrawals but do check out their staking plans for more info on that.
