May I ask for an opinion on CSOP iEdge SREIT ETF/(SGX:SRT)

• It track one of the reit index of sg.
• Historically, SGreit give a 4%+ p.a. dividend. Total returns of 5 to 6% p.a

Questions to think about

• Is the expected returns acceptable for u? If yes, keep. If no, sell becoz it wont be sufficient to help you reach your goal.

• Are u comfortable to continue to pour $$$ into it? If yes, keep. If no, the dividend will forever be peanut, sell.

• Are u ok with the stock price been stagnant, but have quite a consistent dividend payout of ~4%p.a.? If yes, keep. If no, There are other stocks that give a 4% p.a. but with better capital appreciation, like the banks (but SRT is an ETF it provide diversification.)
