MariBank Referral Code 2026: Get S$15 Cash (Savings Account)

Opened a Mari Savings Account last week just to see if the referral thing actually pays out. It did — S$15 landed a couple days after approval.

Referral code: 8ZUU96EA

The deal: MariBank's running a birthday "Upsized Rewards" promo from 1–31 July 2026. Simplest path is the Mari Savings Account — you get S$15 cash, your friend gets S$15 too. No bundling, no minimum deposit required for the reward itself.

How I did it:

  1. Downloaded the MariBank app (App Store / Google Play — it's digital-only, no physical branches).
  2. Applied for a Mari Savings Account. Had to be my first-ever MariBank account — this doesn't work if you've had one before.
  3. Entered 8ZUU96EA in the "Referral / Promo Code" field during the application. This is the step people skip.
  4. Got approved within the promo window, and the S$15 showed up in the savings account itself, not anywhere else.

Things that'll cost you the reward:

  • Leave the code field blank or typo it, and neither of you gets anything — there's no way to add it after you've submitted the application.
  • You can't stack this with any other MariBank promo code running at the same time.
  • Close the account too soon after it's credited and MariBank can apparently claw it back — keep it open and in good standing.

Who doesn't qualify: existing MariBank customers (for the product tier you're applying to), and anyone applying outside the 1–31 July window.

Expiry: the whole promo ends 31 July 2026 — has to be approved by then, not just applied.

Honest caveat: it's a digital bank, no branches, everything's in-app. SGD deposits are SDIC-insured up to S$100k, but that doesn't extend to foreign currency or structured products if you go that route later.

I checked the fine print against DLCuration's MariBank referral guide before posting since these terms shift around: https://dlcuration.com/maribank-referral-code.html

Not financial advice, just sharing what worked for me.
