There are male makeup artises too. so i don't think gender matters.

professional cert type only cosmoprof comes to mind.

if you are looking more for hobby or as a sideline type, PA and skillsfuture have several such courses.

but what makes you think robots cannot take over make up? i think anything can be replaced with robots, it just a matter of time and whether the decision makers wants to or not.​​​
