seriously, as with any politicians around the world, some people will benefit and others will not.
i am a long term investor, so there are times when i really only trade in once a year or none at all. unless i am a malaysian or have direct access to buy/sell in the bursa, i will incur huge custodian fees, dividend handling fees, platform fees.

do business there, only if can find trusted business partner.

property can consider to buy for retirement or holiday home, not for flipping or renting.

pretty much same as with any other countries.
