I have recently joined a firm. First 2 weeks into joining, I found out that the company is slow paced, dealing with a lot of paperwork and workflow efficiency is definitely not there. (GM checking Manager's work)
I have a lot of drive in me now and do not want to waste it on my current company.

Will looking out now be a sound decision?

I would advise to give yourself a few more months beause even then, there's still a lot to learn. If till then you still feel the same then you can at least leave the job with no regret.

No harm in looking out as you never know what opportunities may come your way, and if you ever feel like you have decided to leave, it will be a lot easier when you've already been keeping a look out.

That being said, 2 weeks is pretty short. Give it a bit more time and don't make hasty decisions. But if you're sure this company is not for you, don't be afraid to leave! that's what probation is for
